You're only one workout away from a good mood...



So... you don't WANT to WORKOUT today?

Remind yourself:

➡️ How SATISFIED you feel after after a hard, sweaty workout.

➡️ WHY you started in the first place.
.
➡️ That FEELING you get when you step on the scale or measure yourself and the PROGRESS you've made.
.
➡️ How HAPPY you are when you are when you look in the mirror and you can SEE your muscle growth or weight loss.
.
➡️ How PROUD you are of yourself after ACCOMPLISHING your goals.
.
➡️ How INSPIRING you and your journey are to OTHERS.
.
➡️ That tomorrow you can either be SORRY or SORE. 
.
➡️ STRENGTH comes from the STRUGGLE and OVERCOMING the things you thought you couldn't do.
