A FREE coach is a benefit that Beachbody provides their customers.  In general, people are more likely to adhere to a goal if they are held accountable.  Coaches provide the encouragement and guidance necessary to stay focused.  They also keep you up to date on new and upcoming services and products at Team Beachbody.
